Reward points stole by others

I went through my order history and found that there was a purchase made by others, who also took my birthday gifts and redeemed 1000 points from my account. I lost my card a long time ago and didn't replace it. Still, how could my card being used in USA since I live in CANADA. Could anyone explain how did this happen? Can I get my points back?
