Reward Points to be added from receipt

I recently made a large purchase for my birthday. The rep could not locate my rewards profile with my phone number for some reason. So points were not added. 

How can I submit my receipt so that I can add it to my rewards account?

Hi @Anonymous! Yes! To have the points added to your account, please send your receipt to "[email protected]" and the points will be added within 3 business days! 🙂 I hope this helps!

Will a clear & legible photo of the receipt suffice? I don’t have access to a scanner.
