Reward Points disappeared

I went to look at mybreward points today and they were gone. I am a vib rouge member and it was asking me to join to become a member on the app, so I am not sure if this was a mistake? Never had this happen before, but would like to see if I can fix before the vib sale. Thanks!

Sometimes we do system maintenance at night which will cause for the system to be unavailable for a moment. If you notice that points are still missing from your account, please send me a PM with your registered email address and I will assist you further.

Same thing with me. I logged in and went to see the insider rewards, and it was telling me to sign up. I know I have points, a lot actually so yes I hope its fixed before the sale starts. Or I will be really pissed off.

I just noticed this too! This happened last year as well. After a day or two the points showed back up. It was some kind of glitch with their system last time.
