Reward Items “Out Of Stock” But Still Available

This is now second time I am being told that reward items I selected were out of stock, cancelled from my order. Then I go online and see they are still available??? This is confusing and frustrating! Anyone else have this issue? Sephora needs a better process for using reward points!!!!

Yes!! I see this too!! It irritates me to no end! I'm starting to think Sephora is full of it!

Exactly! And customer service literally does nothing about it and makes zero attempt to make it right. Maybe they have forgotten they can easily lose our business to Ulta. 🙂

How are you planning to help exactly? Unless you are going to send me the rewards items i wanted without making me purchase from you all, then i suppose you cant exactly help me. CS finally decided to give me some extra reward points to make up for it, but that is just laughable considering the circumstances. I dont plan to order from you all until I see improvement!
