Reward Bazaar (when will it come?)

So I was fortunate enough to redeem for the YSL All Hours Foundation 1000 point perk back in the beginning of October. They sent me a box to let me know that I must call a Sephora concierge (which I did) and that it will take 4-6 weeks for it arrive! As well, this coming Tuesday will be the 6th week! My question is, does anyone know if they send a confirmation email to you letting you know what they are shipping the product to you and does it usually take this long for one of these rewards to come?
