Reviews not posting

I try and post reviews but it says I am only allowed 1 review per product BUT I have not left a review before for the products its saying the message. I spoke to Employee in chat and they say they dont see a review and they opened a query but I have not had any resolution and its constantly happening.

How do I fix this !
