Reviews not posting

I posted several reviews over last two weeks and non of them are posting under the products that I reviewed. I reached out customer service and was told about some error that was supposed to be cleared within 24h, it’s been 3 days and my reviews are still not posting.

I'm happy to look into this further. Were your reviews left directly from the product pages on the Sephora website? Or through a third-party link by chance?

Reviews were directly posted from the product pages on Sephora app.

@82groszek82 Thank you for confirming! It does look like there was a technical error with the reviews you submitted. I have removed them for you so you can resubmit through a desktop or mobile browser. If possible, please allow 7 days before resubmitting. I have forwarded this issue to be looked into further.

Thank you. Just to make sure I understand, I shouldn't be posting reviews using Sephora app?

@82groszek82, we recommend that you submit reviews through the mobile or desktop browsers, and not the app, while our teams look into the technical issue that occurred. Thank you!

It looks like I'm running into the same issue again, my reviews are not posting and getting 'Submission Error'.  I tried submitting it from the desktop, mobile site and mobile app and getting the same error.
