Review was approved then Randomly Removed?

Why has my updated review for the GLAMGLOW YOUTHMUD® Glow Stimulating & Exfoliating Treatment Mask removed?

When I first asked you to delete it, was because I had to add something to the review. That was fine.

Then I resubmitted it and it was posted to the product page, like it normally would be. But, I just now checked my profile and it doesn't show up that I have a review for it anymore or on that profile page.

What happened and why wasn't I contacted?

A BT employee hasn't replied yet to this question, yet, when I scroll through the Customer Service's page, all other questions are being answered as recently as yesterday. This post has been up for 4 days and still isn't resolved. I'm disheartened that I can't receive clarification.
