Review Submission Error

I've been trying to post a review for the Make Up For Ever HD Skin Full Cover Multi-Use Waterproof Concealer and every time I try to submit it says "submission error: an error occurred during the submission process, please retry at a later time” I've tried on multiple devices and still did not have any luck. How can this be fixed?

Hi, I am getting errors when submitting a review as well. Can you give guidance on how to fix the error? I have tried multiple browsers and devices and I get the same error.

After re-downloading the app I finally seemed to have successfully submitted a review. It would be nice if this worked on the web as well.

Same! Different product, but I've been trying to review since Saturday. 

 

Using a different browser/device/clearing cookies doesn't fix the problem, it's super frustrating.

@8385holl Our technical team is looking into this issue and hope to have it resolved soon. In the meantime, if you haven't already, please try clearing your browser's cookies/cache or deleting and reinstalling the app.

@kelwave Sorry to hear that! It looks like your private messages are turned off. You can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). Please send me a private message with a screenshot of the error so I can take a look. In your PM, please let me know if you've attempted to submit the review through desktop browser as well. Thanks!

Hi @DaneeBT  you asked me the following question on a different post that I made a few days ago however I'm not able to reply to it. It gave me a blank page. To answer your questions:

 

- On mobile, have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app and making sure your mobile device is fully up-to-date?  

Yes i uninstalled the app, made sure it was up to date and the error submission comes up.


· On desktop, have you cleared your browser’s cookies and cache, tried using a different browser, as well as an Incognito window? 

Yes, I've tried clearing browser cookies and cache , used google, brave and opera browsers.

 

· Are you seeing the same error message when attempting to submit a review for a different product?

Yes there are 2 other products (Estee Lauder Futurist Soft Touch Brightening Skincealer Concealer  & Estee Lauder Revitalizing Supreme+ Youth Power Creme SPF 25 Moisturizer)  I'd like to submit reviews to but I still get error messages

@alona20 I'm sorry to hear that you were having trouble. I see that you now have submitted 2 new reviews.
