Review Submission Error

I've been trying to review the GXVE BY GWEN STEFANI Eye See in Color Clean Multidimensional Eyeshadow Palette in the shade "Simple Kind Of Life". I have tried many times n always says submission error and to try again later.  I tried using a difference device, but nothing works.  I contacted customer support and they said it was likely a issue on Sephoras end due to high traffic and to try later.  Is there any way you can manually post my review?
