Review Error

I received the Tom Ford eyeliner free from Influenster and I've been trying for weeks to leave a review.  I even reached out to customer support and it doesn't reflect.  I've tried everything on both the app and the website.  I don't know why this is happening.  All fields are filled out and I have an account. Please help!
