Returns

I purchased two rhode items that i’d like to return but I never received my receipt through email and it doesn’t pop up in my purchase history on the app. I’ve been trying to get in contact with customer service for help but I haven’t been able to get through. I do have my bank statement if that helps that shows the amount was deducted.

@isabellalisabet If it was purchased in store and used a debit or credit card, the store should be able to look it up with the card.
