Hi! I was wondering, what would happen if I attempted to return a product but Sephora didn’t consider it’s condition to be eligible for a return? Would the product be sent back to me or will I just not get a refund?

I bought and tried the Laneige Lip Mask and decided that it wasn’t for me and that I wanted to return it. Of course, the lip mask and lip applicator are both used since I tried the product out first. 

I just wanted clarification before I send it in. Thanks! x
