Returns

Can i return a product that i only used a little of without the receipt ?

If you no longer have your receipt and the purchase cannot be verified in the store system, regretfully, the Cast Member at the store will not be able to process a return or exchange. For more information regarding returns without receipt, I recommend contacting your local Sephora store directly. Thanks!

With the new policy you have to have some sort of proof of purchase. If you lost your receipt they can use your beauty insider account or credit card to look up the product you bought. If you didn’t use your account when you checked out or paid cash then they won’t return it.
