I purchased some foundation during the Rouge Sale and its the wrong color. Since you can't exchange on the website does that mean i don't get the discount when i order the correct color?

You are able to exchange your foundation at the discounted price as long as you are exchanging for a different shade and not a different item.

Oh fantastic! Can you tell me the process for making this exchange?  I can not find any information on how to return the foundation and request a different shade, everything I read states you are unable to do an exchange at sephora.com  I do want the same product just in a different shade.

Sorry for any confusion! We are not able to process exchanges on items from online orders if they are sent back to us. You are welcome to return or exchange items in store if they are Sephora.com items or Sephora Canada. If they were discounted from the promo I would call your local Sephora to make sure they will accommodate before you make the trip!
