Returns

Yesterday I returned two items, with the receipt, to my local Sephora that I bought out of town. The clerk had some trouble at first because the items aren’t sold at my local store. She said she got it figured out and credited the amount back on to my debit card. I am still not seeing anything in my account, not even pending, and I’m just unsure if this is normal or not. This is my first return to Sephora, but I also made a return at Ulta yesterday and that is already on my account so I’m just a bit concerned. Do I just need to wait it out or do I need to contact Sephora?

Hi @Anonymous Refunds usually take a few business days, depending on your financial institution. If you still do not see it, I'd recommend contacting the store directly.

When I returned something, it took about 4 days to show up in my account. I would give it til Monday or Tuesday before getting too worried. 🙂
