Hey! So i purchased the bare minerals powder foundation a little over a month ago but I didn't start using it until 2 weeks ago. It hasn't really been working well with my skin, i think i'd prefer exchanging it for a bb cream or foundation instead. I was wondering if sephora can override the 30 day policy?

Sephora will accept a return or exchange within 60 days of purchase if the receipt is present. If the receipt is not present, the store might be able to look the transaction up using your registered email address.
