Returns

Ok, I have return anxiety. I've made my fair share of returns in the past. Sometimes I have a receipt and sometimes I don't. But since I've made returns before, I feel like I'm going to be blacklisted or something. Like one day they'll just deny me😬 does anyone else feel this way?!

Hi @rroberts1985. If you aren't completely satisfied, you are definitely encouraged to return your items. I  encourage you to always have a receipt, either physical or electronic. In addition, make sure that you link all of your purchases to your Beauty Insider account.
