Returns without the product box

Hello there! Can I return an eyeshadow palette that I tossed the box to? I swatched a few of the colors but it's definitely NOT good for my skin. I don't know why I didn't think to keep the box it came in.

Yes, you can! We can accept returns for gently used items with proof of purchase (such as the receipt or your Beauty Insider account information). It won't be a problem if you don't have the original product packaging.

Is this still okay? Returning without receipt? I bought a concealer that has broken me out all over my nose, and have been searching high and low for the box. Can't find it, but I have the receipt and its within return frame. Thanks!

@nancy101 If you are returning the item via mail, you do not have to return the original packaging of the product. If you are returning it in store, please contact the store directly to see if the original packaging would need to be returned too. Thanks!
