Returns without original packaging

I bought a concealer ages back and Its always sitting in my makeup box cause I don't use it. I was cleaning out my stuff and found its receipt and realized it was 34$ gone to waste. Is there any way I can return it even if I had it for 2 years now, without its packaging?
