Returns sent several weeks ago, only one item refunded, PLEASE HELP

Hello,

I sent numerous returns several weeks ago for items that were unopened, unused but simply not right for me or for gifting this holiday season. They were sent WELL within the 30 day return window. ONE item was refunded, with no refund posted for the other items. I have posted on here and received no response from a mod. I messaged Sephora on Facebook and was told they will look into it within 5-8 business days. Is there anybody who can help me? I know they have been received by the warehouse as I have tracking numbers. Why has only ONE item been refunded? WHAT IS GOING ON.

I’m having the same problem right now... I’ve contacted Sephora online and by phone MULTIPLE times and they’re “looking into it.” Mine date back to April of this year. Hundreds of dollars. I’m VIBrouge but I’m about done with Sephora, money stealing thieves.

I am getting the exact same sense right now. I am just being bounced around and told to "wait a week" or "wait 5-8 days" when someone clearly already opened my returns and processed only one.
