Returns in jcpenny Sephora

After doing research throughly on the Sephora community about making returns inside jcpenny Sephora and seeing multiple times that purchases made inside a stand alone Sephora can be returned to a jcpenny Sephora as long as your have the receipt and it’s within the return time frame then they should accept it even if they do not carry the product in store.  Instead the worker rudely turned me away and said it wasn’t possible and I was trying to explain what I saw online and she just kept telling me I was wrong and would not listen to me or try to do anything further to help me. Why does it say everywhere here online that I can return it but as soon as I go to the store the employees are rude and don’t wanna hear anything?

Hi @noellef18, I'm so sorry about that! I just doubled checked our internal information and it does explicitly state that SiJCP accepts returns from free-standing Sephora stores and Sephora.com purchases. I am sending you a private message to further assist.
