Returns haven't been processed in weeks?

Hi - I returned several items in the past month and it has been three weeks since I shipped some of the items in, and I have tracking information confirming that they have been received. However, no refund has been issued to me yet, which is peculiar since I usually receive a refund within a week of the item being received at the warehouse. I am particularly anxious given how many people on here are complaining about the shipping and warehouse situation they have been experiencing. Any advice?
