Returns from APO?

hey! just moved overseas and got my first sephora order. unfortunately one of the products was missing and the other will not workout. Anyone ever returned from an apo? I went to print the label but it wouldn't let me pick AP as the state.

Hello, laurie.

Unfortunately the assistance has been extremely erratic and impossible to make sense of. I was told I would receive a label by mail? But just got an email today with a label saying the return was from Sn Fransisco. Can I use this slip? So confused and frustrated I can't get any help.
