Returns/exchanges

I bought an eyeshadow quad at the Sephora in Kohls. I lost receipt and even though itโ€™s in my beauty insider account as purchased they wonโ€™t return or exchange. Any options?

@crz57 I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble returning your item. Items purchased at one of our Sephora at Kohls stores would need to be returned to a Kohls store and they do require a receipt to accept the return.
