Returns/exchange after 60 days

Can I make return if it's past 60 days?  I purchased the inkey list retinol eye cream and I think it's irritating my eyes.  It is just now over 60 days.  I am planning to get something else, so it wouldn't be a refund but an exchange.  Am I able to exchange or have I waited too long?  I am a BI so they can look up my purchase.
