Returns during strike

Hello,

I had two returns sent back during the Canada post strike and because of the strike they were over the 30 day return policy and I received a credit instead of a refund. I feel I should be offered a refund since it was Sephora who refused to use any other company for returns during the strike and despite trying to return within the refund window, I was unable to because of your companies inadequate handling of the strike.
