Returns during COVID 19

Hi I recently purchase a perfume set in store this past weekend. However, I realized it was the wrong perfume I wanted to get my mom. I wanted to make a full return, would they accept it? It’s un opened.

Yes, the store should accept the item with your receipt! Please contact your local Sephora store directly for information regarding their return/exchange policy. Thank you!

Hi Everyone,

I tried to make a return of a sealed perfume on December 30th, 2020 and was told no returns in-store at the Bloor Street Toronto store until further notice (presumably when the lockdown ends).  Hope this helps someone from making an unnecessary trip.
