Returns Warning from Retail Exchange!!??

Hi, I'm extremely shocked and disappointed at what happened to me at Sephora store today. I made a return in the 34Th store for a foundation worth $44 while making a purchase for products totalling $146. As I am a VIB ROUGE insider for multiple years now-the sales accociate looked up my account to process the return in leau of me having to search for a reciept. 

This is something they always offer to do since all purchase history is saved in your account. I received a warning print out after I placed my return from the retail exchange company and when I asked the associate why id be receiving something like that she told me she had no idea what it was.

I'm shocked and EXTREMELY disappointed as I've loved shopping at Sephora for years and literally spend thousands of dollars there each year.

All the associates encourage customers to try products and re-enforce the flexible returns policy if unsatisfied. So why am I being penalized for something you're associates recommend customers to do?

 

I typically go to Sephora for all my beauty needs and based on this I'm seriously considering cashing in my points and taking my business elsewhere!! 

I've never seen or heard anything like this from other places I shop and appauled that Sephora would allow this to happen especially for "their best customers"

Sorry to hear about this. We are not able to overturn decisions made in store or by TRE. I would try contacting another store in your area to see if they can provide you with more details.
