Returns/Refunds

I had a terrible experience with Sephora and will never buy from here again. When i received my package, i noticed the products  (heat protect and dry shampoo) that were supposed to come with it, didn't so i am missing the stuff that's supposed to be there. i reached out, returned it pretty much immediately to have them tell me a MONTH later, we can't return/refund you b/c we didn't receive the products...yeah, b/c i didn't...the whole reason i am returning. now saying they can't find the chat to back me up. I am stuck paying for this now.

 

Bought the Everlast Multi-styler set.

I spent almost 2 hours today on the phone.... that was the conclusion, no refund
