Returns Frustration

I am incredibly frustrated. I returned 4-items all packed up in the same box. I have been refunded for two and yet when I ask where my refund is I keep being told you haven't received those items yet and will process a refund once they are returned. They are in the same box as the items you have refunded for, so we know you have got the box with the items in! Back and forth with customer support via email a number of times and they just don't seem to understand that all 4 items were in one box, so if you got two of them you must have gotten all 4 and owe me a refund for the remaining two. This should not be difficult to resolve.
