Returning question

    I bought a Kat Von D Lock It foundation with a 10% off card I got from my VIB at a JCPenny Sephora store. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the Lock It foundation. Will I be able to return the product back to a stand-alone Sephora store even though I bought the item with a 10% off card?

I'm sorry to hear you're not satisfied with the Kat Von D foundation you recently purchased! If you have your original receipt, you should be able to return/exchange the product. However, I recommend contacting your local Sephora store directly for information. Please note, you may not be able to re-use the 10% discount on a future purchase.
