Returning it cosmetics cc powder

Hello, I purchased the it cosmetics cc powder foundation about a week ago, and the powder has not worked well on my skin. I don't have the box, or receipt, and it is lightly used including the sponge. Can I still return it? Also if I can, do I just give the worker my email, or any other specifics to return. Thank you.
