Returning an item

Can you return an item to a different Sephora than where you bought it from?

Hi @j3cp,

 

Store returns would need to be made at the same type of Sephora store as the original purchase. For example, if you purchased an item at a freestanding Sephora store you can return it at any other freestanding store. If you purchased at Sephora inside JCPenney you can return at any Sephora inside JCPenny. Sephora Kohl's purchases can be returned at any Sephora Kohl's store. Thank you!
