Returning a foreo?

Hi there, I wasn't sure if this was the right place to post but anyways..

I purchased the Foreo Luna 2 during the VIB Rouge Sale about two weeks ago and I unpacked the item. I gently used the Foreo on my hand with a bit of face cleanser foam to make sure that it wasn't too rough on my skin (as I have really sensitive skin) However, I just wasn't in love with it. Considering that I unpackaged the item and somewhat used it, would I still be able to return the product?
