Returned and bought product but did not get points?

Hello,

On April 23nd, I returned a product at Sephora and bought another one. However, I only see a deduction of 11 points. If I exchanged a product for another one I shouldn't see a deduction of points but I should get more points because the product I exchanged was a bit more expensive, no?
