Return??

Hello my beautiful Sephora advisors!! Thanks for taking the time to adhere to my concern!! I purchased NudeStix matte lip and cheek ($24) the other day and I tried all the colors. I didn’t like them on me! They were too light. I made two returns the entire year. I wanted to exchange my NudeStix matte lip and cheek for NudeStix #BerryNude instead! Should I go through online return since I purchased online or can I go In store to exchange it. I heard horror stories about returning and being banned. I only made 2 returns and been a member since January. I just want to exchange. I have olive skin and dark hair. The matte lip and cheek make me look washed out... what is the best way of exchanging this! Through warehouse or in store!!?? Thanks in advance!!

I am sorry the set did not work out for you. Your Sephora.com purchase can be easily returned for FREE (no return shipping or handling fees) to any of our Sephora locations or by mail if you use our pre-paid return shipping label. If you a returning to a Sephora store, please bring your Order Summary and Return Form with you, as well as the credit card you used to place your order. Hope this clarifies!

I don’t like returns so I gave it to my best friend instead. I’m gonna buy the NudeStix #BerryNude! I love the gift of giving and I want to be in good terms with Sephora. Obsessed!!
