I was gifted an item from Sephora. I don’t need the item but the person who gave it didn’t give me their receipt in case. I thought I would still be able to return it, switch it, or at least get store credit, using the phone number. Turns out the person didn’t use their account when buying so now I’m stuck with it. Is there any way to switch it for a different product or get store credit? Thank you.
