Hi - I purchased a travel size perfume online using credit card.  I returned in store the next day as I didn't like the smell.  The sales person issued a gift card that I didn't realize until now, cannot be used online (looking closer, it's a merchandise card for in-store).  Ideally, I would have preferred money back to my card and that should be the standard since I returned the item the next day, well within the 30 days.  I'm frustrated because I'm not traveling 30 minutes back into town to use this merch card.  Please help.

@sariep I'm sorry for the confusion! Merchandise credits issued in store can only be used in store. This credit will never expire and can be used in any of our freestanding stores.
