Hi! I have 2 products that I need to return and I have 2 questions about them. My first is does the item have to be in a box? I can’t find the boxes the products came in. Second, is it okay if the product is slightly used? If it’s more specific to product, I bought a brush (Sephora 57) which I used and it didn't work for me, I did clean it off as best as I could. Then I also bought a Glossier pot concealer I’ve used maybe 3 times before I noticed it wasn’t working well for my skin.

Yes we can accept gently used products for return. You do not need to have the original box that the product came in. Thank you!
