Hi I’d like to return my most recent in-store purchase with Dior Perfume. How do i go about processing a return? thank you

@chahat412 you have to bring it back to the store. It doesn't have to be the same store but I'm pretty sure it needs to be an independent Sephora store. I might be mistaken but I don't think you can mail back returns if you bought it in store, if that's what you are asking. You can just bring the item back to the store with your receipt. If you don't have the receipt they might be able to look it up using your Beauty Insider account. If they can't find it, they might be able to process a return for store credit.
