Return

My return hasn’t moved in 12 days. Is this normal? I know, “A return can take up to 3 weeks,” but I’ve sent packages via USPS during COVID and it hasn’t taken this long. I’ve looked up Newigics and it has TERRIBLE reviews online.

I returned an item on June 15th and tracking stalled for weeks. It was finally delivered on July 1st. Still waiting on my refund as well.
