can i return the order in store after 60 days? I bought that online during COVID-19

Thank you for the info. Now I'm having problem with the return shipping label. I had the correct order number and postal code tho

@ParisNguyen - Sorry for the confusion! Please remove the "-01" from the order number and it will work.

Hi @ParisNguyen! If the order was bought online, there are currently not any extensions for an in-store return.  The extensions only apply to in-store purchases bought before a certain date.  Please note, however, that online returns have been extended to 60 days to return it back to our warehouse for a full refund. Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist with!
