I want to know if I can return a item even if I donโ€™t have a receipt or the box of the product.

Hi @Yusleydis! The original packaging is not needed to make a return! If you bought the item in-store, however, you will need the original receipt or proof of purchase on your Beauty Insider account to make the return.  If you bought it online, then you can use your order summary from Sephora.com and send it back to us. ๐Ÿ™‚ Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist with!

Hi @Yusleydis! If you are sending the item back to us in the mail, please include your order invoice inside of the returned package and use the return label so that it ships back to us free of charge. For more info and to print the return label, please visit this link:
