Hi,

I tried returning 2 products that I bought about a year ago. I've done this once before. I received store credit for it. This time the man behind the counter was giving me a problem. He said it can't return it, I've done it once before without a problem and I've received store credit. These 2 products make me break out and I haven't used them and haven't found the time to return till now. Is there something I can do about this?

Hi @Livv14, 

We are not able to overturn decisions made in store on returns. In store purchases need to be handled at the store level. I would try calling another store near you for assistance. Thanks!
