I went into the store today to return the Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush colorwheel from last years holiday collection. I originally liked it but once I tried the full size regular collection Tarte blushes I realized it wasn't the same quality. I went in to return it because the girl told me it was good for 1 year. The girl working told me the store was unable to locate the skew or product number so they were unable to return it? It doesn't show up in my purchase history because I buy a lot of products and it only shows the past 30 items or so. How do I go about returning this now?

Hi @kinggsim, I apologize for any misinformation provided when you initially purchased the item! You have 60 days to return an item and receive a refund back to the same form of payment in which the purchase was made. After 60 days and before 90 days, you can receive merchandise store credit. Items purchased after 90 days are not eligible for a return or exchange and I am sorry for any inconvenience caused!
