Return without receipt

I bought a foundation a couple days ago and didn’t end up liking it. The woman who cashed me out told me my receipt would be emailed to me but I never received it? Am I still able to return the foundation and get a refund without a receipt?

@kendallleexo The store would need to verify your purchase using your rewards account or the credit card used.
