Return without packaging???

So, I just bought a highlighter from cover fx and I do not really like it for a variety of reasons. I would like to return it but I do not have the receipt or box. Can I return it with my insider card and without a box?

I found this post while trying to find out the same thing. Were you able to do the return? Update: Don't bother going to a Sephora inside JCPenney without a receipt. You have to go to a stand alone store and they will do the return for you.

As long as the store where you make your return can locate the item within your purchase history, there should be no issues returning this item 🙂
