Return to main store

I have two things I need to return. I purchased one from the main store and one from JCPenny Sephora. Can I return them both to my main store or will I need to return where I purchased them? Thanks!

Hi @BilliePatterson! You should have no trouble returning both items to your free-standing store location! If a JCPenney credit card was used to make the purchase, however, you will be refunded in the form of a gift card.  Please be sure to bring your receipts as well when you go to make the return!
