Return through USPS: Returning Lashes

If I return opened lashes with a new condition or gently used condition can I still return it through USPS?  I only had it for a day after receiving it and assumed that you can return it like other products. It does not say in the policy online that Sephora does not accept lashes. Also if the product was rejected for returning by shipping it what will happen? I want to return them because it was totally different than what I imagined the product would be.

Edit: I called my local Sephora and they said they do not accept lashes if they are opened even if it is only gently used would this change if I am sending it directly through USPS?

You can return or exchange this product in store or online as long as it has been within 60 days and you have your proof of purchase. If you have any further questions or concerns, please send me a PM.
